Austin Sea Veggies is run by Lewis Weil. We grow and sell seaweed in Austin, Texas. Our seaweed is available at Wheatsville Coop in the produce section, by special order and at restaurants around Austin.  

We currently grow and sell a variety called Ogonori. It is grown in aquaculture. Which means they grow in tanks of clean saltwater. Because they are aquacultured locally you can eat worry free about mercury and other pollutants and guilt-free because we are natural and sustainable. 

Our seaweed is fresh and crunchy. It should be prepared as you would any other fresh herb or green. No matter what they are a delicious way to enjoy healthy sea veggies.
